Currently we use Stripe for subscriptions and charges. Openpay is used for convenience store points purchases in Mexico.
You will be charged at the beginning of the subscription and the subscription will auto renew every month or year depending on the payment plan you chose.
Can I rent without a credit card?
Usually the purchased points reflects on your account within 2 hours, but sometimes it could take more time to show up on your account.
You can’t contact directly the driver agents, you must call the Customer Support team for any question related with your delivery.
Open the application and fill the rent process with your desired car and dates, if the rental is available you will see the pricing below in the rent summary, if not, a warning will pop up saying otherwise. You can do this process without an account, just log in as a guest user.

There is the security deposit fee that will be charged at the beginning of the rent and refunded at the end of the rent if there are no damages done to the car. Additionally we offer a free delivery range (between 20 and 30 miles, depending on the city) if your given location exceeds the free range, an additional cost per mile will be charged in the rental.
Every rental requires a minimum anticipation time of 3 hours.
The delivery and recovery schedules vary depending on the city you want to rent, on average the delivery and recovery times are between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, if the time you picked for a vehicle it outside the schedule, we will let you know during your rental process.
Yes, you can leave the car in another city, however if the drop-off location is outside the free range, you will be charged for the miles from the city of origin.
